• Hands free transaction, payment over phone option available (no cash payments)
• Full deep clean and sanitation of dining table/area of previous guests and bathroom/communal area after each and every use
• Full deep clean and sanitation hourly of kitchen and sushi bar equipment and surface areas
• All employees will be wearing masks
• All plates, bowls, glasses, and utensils will be used only once per night (menus are disposable)
